Common questions
When do you plow?
We monitor conditions and plow based on accumulation triggers in your contract — typically 2 inches for residential and 1 inch for commercial. We aim to have accounts cleared before business hours.
Do you do salting and sanding?
Yes. Salt and sand application is available as a standalone or add-on to any plow service. This is especially common for commercial accounts where ice liability is a concern.
What if my driveway is long or has a tight turnaround?
Not a problem. We handle all driveway layouts — send us your location and a couple photos when you reach out.
Are you insured for snow removal?
Yes, we carry full insurance coverage. Certificates provided upon request for commercial accounts.
